Mission Statement

In 1868, the Oxford Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Ruther Glen, Virginia was officially organized.  
The church has been saving and blessing members for over 135 years.

Today, the Lord is still blessing this fine branch of Zion with significant growth in membership,
increased financial blessings and the broadening of spiritual  knowledge of the Holy Spirit.  

Truly God is worthy to be praised for it is He who has brought us thus far by faith, prayer and
the patience of dutiful members.  To God be the glory for the great things He has done.
